Live Weddings and Events

               

I am so excited to offer this new service to my business and to help capture all your magic moments on canvas! 

• Personal Consultation to discuss your vision and to choose "the moment" you want to capture- first kiss, first dance, just announced as Mr. & Mrs., etc.  I'll tailor my approach to meet your desires.  Once I receive your contact information, I will reach out within 48 hours to schedule a consultation.

• I will set up 2-3 hours prior to the moment and begin painting the        background/venue in acrylic paint. Your guests will witness the transformation of a blank canvas into a vibrant representation of your event/wedding adding an extra layer of entertainment and wonder to your event.

• I will continue to paint for 2-3 hours during your ceremony/reception/event..  

• At the end of the afternoon/evening, I will take the painting home for final touches in my studio where I will embellish and detail the painting with oil paint.  This can be from 5-15+ hours of additional work on your painting. Once the final stroke is applied what remains is not just a painting but a timeless keepsake.  

• Your painting will be on a 1.5" gallery wrapped canvas and will be varnished to protect it for years to come. It will also have hanging hardware added to the back.

• When everything is ready I will either hand deliver the artwork (if you are in the Putnam and surrounding counties area) or carefully package and ship to you.  This timeline will be anywhere from 2-8 weeks after the event.

 Pricing of Live Events varies based on the canvas size, complexity of the composition, and the location of the event.

 

  Packages:

     18x24  -  $1000+

      22x28  -  $1300+

      24x30  -  $1600+

      30x40  -  $2200+

 Please specify if you would like a custom canvas size and I will provide a quote.

Pricing reflects painting the couple in detail including their faces if desired. 

Additional costs may include adding highly detailed guest portraits, travel and accommodations beyond 40 miles of Cookeville,TN (.50 cents per mile), packaging and shipping for distant clients, or any additional add-ons requested. If you would like to capture increased detail of intricate fabrics or architecture please contact me to discuss pricing.

I ask for 50% non-refundable payment to secure your event date and 50% due at least one week before the event.
